B2B Compliance is the largest not-for-profit B-to-B focused WEEE compliance scheme in the UK - with over 450 members fully committed to the Scheme taking on their legal obligations under the WEEE Regulations.
B2B Compliance membership is open to all Producers who supply products to the business, institutional and public sectors (i.e. predominantly non-household EEE). This not only includes Producers of control and monitoring instruments and medical devices but also Producers of IT, telecommunications, tools and leisure equipment and products in other sectors.
B2B Compliance's objectives are to meet the compliance needs of member companies obligated under the WEEE Regulations. The requirements placed upon Producers supplyingnon-household products is significantly different from those of Producers of household products.
